What (art/poster) should I hang in my bathroom?
I just moved into my new apartment and there was a cabinet in the bathroom in a terrible location, so I just took it off and put it in the storage closet.
The problem is that there was a huge hole in the wall behind the cabinet. I thought about repairing the drywall, but since it’s not my place and they might even object, I’d like to put some kind of art or poster over it instead.
I’ve been thinking about this for a while and still haven’t thought of anything good to put there and meanwhile there’s this huge hole in my wall. So yeah, help me out here. What should I put up?

Easy and inexpensive to make posters into a canvas/giclee.
Cut a sheet of styrofoam two inches smaller than the poster.
To make the hanger, punch two holes 1/2 inch apart 2" from the top in the center.
Thread the ends of a twisty-tie (the paper covered wire to close bread) thru the holes, turn styrofoam over, make a loop and twist the ends together.
Spray styrofoam with craft spray adhesive and lay on top of the back of the poster.
Spray around the edge and wrap poster to the back like a present.

Seal with Krylon clear spray for paper to seal out moisture.

Styrofoam is super cheap, 4×8 ft sheet $7 – home improvement/building insulation
or smaller sheets at craft stores.

I have an ice maker and discovered there is a removable tray in it. Also if you clean inside someones refrigerator, charge extra. One other thing. When you load someones dishwasher, NEVER start it up. Leave it for them to hit the start button. Those things are finicky and if they leak, you may find yourself replacing someone’s floor.
Really annoyed with boyfriend…am I over reacting?
Me and my boyfriend have been together for over 2 years, living together for a little over a year, both college students and some of the stuff he does really gets under my skin, am I over reacting?? Around the apartment we both have certain chores that we do throughout the week as needed and a deep clean once-twice a week (depends on its use). And with him I feel like I’m pulling nails for him to do it and when he does to do it properly. If I ask him to do it on the weekend its my day off, on the weekday its I have to go to work in a little or I just got off work…wtf we live in a 750 sq ft apartment!! And when he does it…its like rushed through like he has something to do. Ex: I ask him to do the bathroom, he’ll do the sink, toilet, tub, and floor, but everything that was on the sink will be thrown on the storage unit above the toilet with all of our other things, clustered and unorganized that I have to go back and do, the rugs from the floor will be in the hallway and the kitty litter box will be on top of the storage unit until I put them back were there suppose to be. No matter how many times I tell him not to put the kitty box up there because I have all the dec. towels up there and I don’t want to take a chance on litter getting on them! Kitchen he’ll do the dishes, counters n sink…how do you think our appliances, cabinets, fridge etc stay spotless? I don’t think its fair that I have to do my chores and go over yours? An ex from the past few days, he’ll eat a candy and leave the wrapper on the counter, finish a pop or beer leave it on the counter ( I don’t think he’s ever put the cans were there suppose to), finish a juice and leave it on the counter, and ALWAYS leaves the microwave open WTF! What is he is such a rush for? Its like his mind is focused on one thing and once he does that its on to the next thing. We didn’t have these problems as much at our old place but this is really driving me nuts. We argue about this every single week and I’m tired of it. This is definitely something I can’t live with for the rest of my life, I’m feeling like I’m wasting my time with him. Besides this we have no problems in our relationship but this may tear us up if things don’t change soon because I refuse to baby him anymore. I guess I just wanted to vent but still very eager to your opinion. For those eager to hear his side, he thinks he’s doing what I’ve asked him to properly and that I’m crazy pretty much.
He got use to you cleaning up after his mess so he doesn’t do it….. I know u hate it that much but let it go let him see how much of a slob he is…. He needs to learn! If this still doesn’t work then talk with him and say you can’t take it anymore…. You don’t want to live like this and say if he doesn’t get his act together your moving out or kick him out….
Or another way always invite someone over to just chat or watch a movie while the place is messy by your bf…. He should be embarasssed cuz he’s slob,,.. Next go and say to your visitor… Sorry for my bfs mess and then tell your bf to clean it up… And I’m sure then your bf would do a great job just to show he ain’t a slob…..
Or… Phone him ahead of time to clean up good since your having visitors over…. And see when you come home if he cleaned up well or not,…
Well hopefully this works,…
